When you click WebEx Mail in the Menu, you go to the WebEx Mail application's main page. From this page, you can:
Sort messages.
Search for messages.
Flag messages for follow up and view flagged messages.
Note: The WebEx Mail application is available only to customers who have purchased WebEx Mail.
The WebEx Mail application's main page is divided into four areas, each of which performs a specific function:
The Search pane allows you to search for messages using simple or advanced email search.
The Folders list contains the folders that you use to organize your messages. You click a folder to view its messages in the Messages list.
The Messages list displays a list of the messages contained in the currently selected folder. This list also provides options for sorting, moving, deleting, and flagging messages, and for finding messages using live search.
The Preview pane displays the contents of the message currently selected in the Messages list.

In the Folders list, you see the Inbox folder. This folder is the primary repository for incoming mail. Once you have received a message in your Inbox, you can read it and then opt to move it to other locations, such as a personal folder or the Deleted Items folder.
In addition to the Inbox, the Folders list contains the following default folders. These folders may not be moved, deleted, or renamed.
Drafts: Contains a list of messages that have been saved but not sent.
Sent Items: Contains a list of sent messages.
Junk E-mail: Contains any messages that your web office has identified as junk email, also known as "spam." To learn how to set your spam preferences, click here.
Deleted Items: Deleted messages and folders are temporarily placed in the Deleted Items folder. To permanently delete the messages and folders, you must empty the Deleted Items folder.
The Folders list may also contain personal and shared folders. Personal
folders are folders and sub-folders you create yourself to organize your
email, and they are indicated by this icon
. All members
can create, edit, and delete their own personal folders.
Shared folders are folders that your administrator has created and given
you access to. The permissions your administrator has specified for you
determine what you can do with shared folders. Shared folders are indicated
by this icon
. Only
administrators can create, edit, and delete shared folders.
