Searching for a member

You can quickly search for a member using the basic search feature at the top of the Members page. When using search, it is helpful to keep the following points in mind:

To search for a member using basic search:

  1. In the Menu, click Members.

  2. Enter your search terms in the Search box and click Go.

    Your web office searches all searchable fields for the members currently displayed and returns a list of members that match your search terms. Notice in the example below that the search term is found in the Company field for one member and in the Name field for the other.


     

You can sort the returned list of members (by company, for example), by choosing an option from the View by menu. To see more detailed information about a particular member, click the person's name.

Clearing a search

To clear the current search results and return to a complete list of members, click Clear Search.
